MICRO INFRASTRUCTURE
Micro infrastructure building and upgrading of existing structuresThe project has taken up the construction of some new micro- infrastructural projects and completing the construction of some incomplete projects. Dormant institutions have also been revived through VUP intervention.Local Youth clubs have become operational. Building of Community Centres, School buildings, places of worship, 3 km. village roads and drinking water facilities are some of the micro infrastructures have been built. Some other facilities like village electrification and additional drinking water facilities are in process. Substantial scale of Shramadan by the villagers for such micro infrastructures has been the most satisfying feature in these intervention. The availability of drinking water facility in the village proximity will help as the project is in process of implementation with Govt help. Proper roads have resulted in faster movement of marketing goods and services. Lot of goodwill & support has been generated among the Gram Sabhas and pro-project relation has been cemented. |
